Preschool Stained Glass Bugs

Preschool Stained Glass Bugs

You can create wonderful "stained glass" bugs using transparancy sheets and a clothes pin. We traced dragonfly wing shapes on the clear sheets, then the kids used permanent (sharpie) colored markers to decorate. They can also color or paint the clothes pin and add googly eyes to the top of the clip. Cut out the wings and clip them in the clothes pin and hang in the windows for some bright, shiny stained glass fun!

Aweome idea Amy! This is a perfect activity that is both creative and fun. We love the use of the transprancy sheets for a stained glass look...very cool!
