I found a great way to teach graphing to Kindergartener's. I start by using Ellison cut outs of boys and girls to have the students create a picture graph. We then use this graph to learn the terms associated with graphs and learn how to interpret a picture graph. In my computer center, I use the program Graph Club. Here the students can create their own graphs with pictures of almost anything or complete graphs already started. It also changes picture graphs to line, bar and circle graphs.
