How long will it take to receive your package?
All orders placed before 11:00 P.M. Central Standard Time, Monday-Friday, will ship out the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend will ship on Monday.

All orders ship with items that are currently available at the time the order is placed. All out-of-stock items will be canceled and will be credited back to the customer's account.
SchooDoodle can ship orders via FedEx, UPS, USPS or LTL and will make every effort to ship orders the best way. The majority of orders will ship out UPS Ground. Customers will be charged shipping and handling according to current, published rates.
Free Freight Policy
Items that qualify for Free Freight are clearly labeled as FREE FREIGHT items in the product description - not all items qualify for free freight.
Free freight is available in the Continental United States only. Free Freight orders must be over $85.00 before tax, shipping, and discounts are applied. Orders over $85.00 do not automatically qualify for Free Freight. Freight will be calculated in your checkout screen. Free Freight orders must be prepaid. Free Freight does not apply to all furniture and equipment. Free freight is available to most areas; some rural locations will require additional shipping fees. Customer will be notified when there is a need to add additional shipping fees. SchooDoodle will ship orders via UPS or LTL (truck) and will make every effort to ship orders the best way.
Chicago School Supply will replace (at no charge to the customer) damaged or defective items within 15 days of the shipment date. Please contact WebInfo@SchooDoodle.com
to report a damage or defective item within 15 days of receipt of your order. A Return Authorization may be required and Chicago School Supply will cover the cost of shipping.
General returns for active stock items are only accepted within 15 days of the shipment date and MUST have a Chicago School Supply Return Authorization number. Discontinued, closeout, or special order items cannot be returned. Please contact WebInfo@SchooDoodle.com
for a return authorization number. A 5% restock fee (minimum of $3.50) will apply to general returns and shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. No returns are accepted after 15 days and general returns which are not authorized may be rejected or incur a 15% restocking fee. For credit to be issued, all returns must be received in resalable condition. Manufacturer drop shipments which are in route cannot be cancelled. All costs associated with manufacturer drop shipment returns are the responsibility of the client.
