problem solving conflictwhen my little ones are having a problem working things out, I have them sit in the "sharing circle" also called the "sorry circle" depending on the conflict, then they each get a turn talking about why this happened and the others have to listen, then the also get a turn to voice their ideas or opinions, has worked great so far, my uncle has also incorporated it into his corperate life!
